For the upcoming event with SFWDA this weekend of July 26th-28th we will be cash only on all payments for anything at the park since we are not setup for cash app or any other online payment option. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please share to get the work out!

Got to thank Golden Mountain excavation for getting the dirt pulled back up and leveled out. The track is starting to really come together. Hopefully we can be racing in mid July.

Here is some more before and after photos of the grandstand area and wall around the track. We have been busy pressure washing these for the past 3 weeks in between the rain lol. But it sure does look better now that they are clean. Now the wall is ready for some paint.

For the upcoming event with SFWDA at the end of July the primitive parking will be 15 dollars per night with a limit of 4 people for that camp area, anymore than 4 will be 5 dollars per person per night for the extra people. We can't say thank you enough for everybody that came out today to Golden Mountain Speedway and Off-Road Park to help clean out the trails. Everybody worked their tails off today and we greatly appreciate the hard work. We got to meet a lot of good people out there at the park today and made a lot of friends. We can't wait to get this place open for everyone to enjoy the trials and have a good time. We want to say a big thank you to Randall Dorris Davis and Southern Four Wheel Drive Association- SFWDA for getting this trail clean up organized and put together! We will be posting some videos and pictures later on of the clean up.

We have had a few people ask if there will be camping allowed on the day of the clean up and unfortunately we will not be allowing camping that day because we still don't have the showers there operational and don't have hot water still. We are sorry for those that were wanting to camp and understand if you can't make it to the clean up because of that but hope to see you when we are open and got things working properly

We were doing some preparations on two of the trails today for the scheduled clean up on March 2nd and the mountain decided to claim its first victim of this year lol!!!. Thanks to Moose Halstead for the pictures.

It's been brought to our attention that people think that the off road park will only be open three times this year and we just want to stop the rumors right now lol. We plan on being open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every week after we have a grand opening and if somebody wants to stay a week we will probably do that by appointment only. We have had numerous people ask about what classes we plan on running at the race track so we figured we would go head and tell people that we plan on running 604 crate late models, open wheel modifieds, front wheel drive, crown vics, and alternating a 5th class each week we run. That 5th class will be steel heads, sportsman, and possibly mod lites or street stocks. But if we get good car counts in the steel heads or sportsman each time they run we might make them a permanent class. We are working on rules for each class but they are probably going to be pretty much the same as surrounding tracks rules so that nobody has to change anything.
