Check out the beautiful new mural at the Lazy G Ranch!
Painted by Cindy Billingsley, the mural is 27 ft x 8 ft and took her over 200 hours from idea, to sketch, color composition, then all the full scale drawings by hand, all the priming, top coating and painting by hand!

Had the opportunity to cook for an amazing man, his family and supporters. From a hilltop on the family farm, we cooked two kettles of beef stew and 50 lbs of pinto beans. Despite the rains, the weather cleared and it turned out to be perfect for the event. Undoubtably the most beautiful location we have ever cooked at! State Senator Frank Niceley

Come join us next Saturday, March 2nd for the 16th Annual Chuck-Wagon Cookoff and Sister's on the fly event. The City of Pigeon Forge invites Western lifestyle enthusiasts, foodies and those in search of a hearty meal to the Chuck Wagon Cookoff competition. Chuck wagons will gather here at Clabough’s Campground for this one-of-a-kind outdoor cooking event.
Kids and adults of all ages can enjoy old-time Western activities with Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch as well as interacting with the Sisters on the Fly Cowgirl Caravan during our free Buckaroo roundup. In addition, we’ll have free tent entertainment from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. featuring Western poetry and music featuring Andy Nelson, R.W. Hampton and Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch.
Sisters on the Fly will be setup with their unique vintage style campers that can be toured. If you haven't seen the inside of one of these, that's a must! They are all one of a kind. The Sister's on the fly is the largest outdoor women’s group in the United States with members in all 50 states, Canada, France and New Zealand. The membership-based community supports women in their efforts to experience the outdoors with a style, color, and passion that’s unique.

This event is open to the public to come and is free of charge.

Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is excited to host the annual Chuck Wagon Cookoff, featuring competitive campfire cooking and a dinner concert. The event takes place from March 1-3, 2024. The cookoff is a chance for both locals and visitors to enjoy authentic chuckwagon cooking and cowboy entertainment. This event is a fun gathering for family and friends each year in Pigeon Forge.

🎵 The 2024 festivities will begin with an Intimate Evening Dinner Concert featuring Western singer/songwriter R.W. Hampton and cowboy poet and humorist Andy Nelson. Hampton has earned numerous honors from the Academy of Western Artists and the Western Music Association. Nelson, a second-generation farrier, captivates audiences with authentic storytelling.

🍴 On Saturday, March 2, ten chuck wagons will compete for top honors and cash prizes in the annual lunch competition at Clabough's Campground. Lunch tickets are available for purchase in advance. The event includes a variety of free family-friendly entertainment, such as Buckaroo Roundup activities, demonstrations, and Western music by Nelson and Hampton.

🍳 Pigeon Forge's Chuck Wagon Cookoff concludes on Sunday, March 3 at Stages West with a cowboy-style breakfast, followed by Cowboy Church.
