The Directors and Volunteers have been working overtime to get the grounds ready for the fair. The pulling track is set to kick off Labor Day with the 2nd Sonny Brown Memorial Pull @ 11 am. Check the schedule daily.

Rides are getting setup on the midway! We're so excited to have rides starting Labor Day and running through the week!
Two Ride-a-Rama Sessions 1-5 pm and 6-10 pm on Monday & Saturday.
One Ride-a-Rama Session 6-10 pm Tuesday-Friday.

Tuesday 9/3
New versatility classes for 2024! We will be having an Open class as well as a Walk Trot class! Both classes will consist of an English pleasure class, a western equitation class and pole bending! Appropriate attire for each class is required. Each entry is allowed 2 grooms to help with tack and clothing changes. If we do not have at least 3 entries for each class they will be canceled. Varee equine is donating prizes for the winners. If you have any questions please contact Danielle Hosier ( +18142821016) Nicole Hosier!

If anyone from your address entered items in the fair last year, you will receive a book in the mail. They will be arriving in the mail over the next week.

Since the books are in stores, just want people to know that they don't need to take one of those if they will be getting one mailed to them.

Pageant will be held Sunday, September 1st @ 5 PM.
Contestants must be resident of Spartansburg Borough, Sparta, Rome or Concord Township.

Ages are as of June 1 of the current year.
Queen Age * 16yrs - 20yrs
Jr Miss Age * 11yrs - 15yrs
Princess Age * 6yrs - 10yrs

By mail - August 10 or at the Fairgrounds Aug 9 or 10 - Noon-5 PM
Exhibitors are responsible for correctly identifying item or breed entered.
