Worked on a 300 person wedding reception this evening. Congratulations to the couple. We ran 2 tables with 4 lines doing a buffet style. I was getting a little worried about this one. When they ran through the first pan of cheesy tators real quick I thought dang. Should be dishing it up ourselves. I think that the first pan may have fed 40 people and should have done 50 real easy. They were taking big helpings for sure. We came out ok though. We had everyone fed around 225 I figured. They had a little bit left at the end. I am proud of my wife tonight. We did good with just the two of us doing it. She kept her eye on the sauce, dinner rolls and things like that. I kept my eye on the food. Time for bed now since I started the cooking part at 9pm last night. Everyone have a great rest of your weekend. Keep yer nose to the wind cause you never know what you might Smell Whats Cookin' .
