💖✨ Last night was a Perfect Day! ✨💖Our Galentine’s Day celebration was nothing short of magical—filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories! From delicious treats to chic décor and plenty of girl power moments, it was a night to remember. 💕🥂A special thank you to .by.brit for hosting in your beautiful new upcoming event space (we had a blast transforming and decorating it) and providing the most delicious snacks from your new charcuterie cart, for providing the drinks, for providing the beautiful backdrop that complimented our balloons perfectly, fun props and photobooth, for providing delicious cookies and treats, for providing permanent jewelry, and for bringing your “make your own trucker hat” bar and Valentine’s Day swag & outfits. We met Elizabeth of Bay St. Photo about three years ago when she attended our first ever Zephyr Lodge Bridal Festival. Shortly after Elizabeth asked us to coordinate her gorgeous fall wedding .on.monroe which was so much fun to be a part of! We have loved getting to know Elizabeth through the years, and is a photographer that we highly recommend to all our clients. She has the sweetest, most kind, and bubbly personality and is truly a joy to work with! Her photos are stunning and she is truly passionate about what she does!

Always have a Plan B.
Whether it’s for outdoor events, vendor delays, or unexpected hiccups, a solid backup plan ensures your event stays on track, no matter what. Think alternate locations, extra supplies, and flexibility in your timeline—because preparedness is key to an stress-free event! A day of coordinator is essential to help execute “Plan B” in a pinch.

This is Margarita & Andre- they had plans for a beautiful outdoor wedding with lake views and we did everything we could to deliver - we had all their tables set up and the ceremony decorated perfectly when the downpour started.🌧️

With a little over an hour to go before the start of the reception, we got the brides “okay” to switch to plan b. We got runners in the dryer and everything packed up and hauled up into the lodge. We got the lodge decorated just in time and the wedding was absolutely perfect! Everyone braved the rain for the ceremony so they could still get their dream of those “lake views”, and then the party began inside the nice warm, dry lodge! Success! ♥️

Zephyr is one of our favorite venues! It is very near and dear to both of our hearts because we both grew up in Liberty Lake, WA, so it definitely brings back memories and feels like “home” being on the lake again. The lodge itself is beautiful and has such a fun history! We love working with the Zephyr team as well- Scott and Samantha are the best sibling duo and are a joy to work with!

If you would like to check out all that Zephyr Lodge has to offer as a wedding venue, potential family reunion or other large event venue, or as a summer hang out spot (they host live music and other awesome events), come check it out at our 3rd annual Zephyr Lodge Bridal Festival that we co-host!
