Shout out to our amazing team who served 160 guests at the annual Colfax Hospital Foundation fundraiser this past weekend in Colfax.

The culinary crew prepared and plated a menu of:
Tenderloin steak with a red wine Demi glacé, seared salmon with lemon and dill crème fresh, smoked mushroom stack, confit Yukon baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

We are so grateful for this rockstar team!
