We’re huge fans of a seating chart! It does take a little extra time and effort building one, but the benefits can surely outweigh open seating!

1) Organization and Efficiency: A seating chart helps guests find their seats quickly, reducing confusion and ensuring that the reception starts smoothly ✔️

2) Vendor Coordination: It helps caterers and other vendors know where to serve specific meals, especially if there are dietary restrictions or special requests 🥗

3) Facilitating Conversation: A thoughtfully arranged seating chart can encourage conversation and mingling among guests who might not know each other well 👥

J + A above used the same seating chart that one of her family members used at their wedding (we love the sentimental touch!), and just replaced the names 💕

Let’s talk Guest Books! ✨📖 I love when I see a couples personality shine through in the small details of their wedding. For example, if you both love to host game nights, then opt for a Jenga guest book like Amy + Evander did! Here’s a few of our favorites ideas-

If you are having a summer 2024 wedding, it’s time to be wedding dress shopping!

Brides, you will typically want to begin researching bridal shops and looking into dress styles about 12 months before your wedding date, and begin shopping 10-12 months before.
It may seem a little early at first, but after factoring in the time it takes for alterations, try-on’s, etc., you’ll be surprised how quickly it goes by!
