Join Us This Evening For The Full Moon- Yoga & Flowers & Cacao

I am excited to prepare some pure drinking cacao for our 2nd Yoga class this evening. We will explore our second energy center (svadhisthana chakra) which has an infinity with the element of water-in perfect time for our luminescent Full Moon. Everyone is welcome! The Yoga asana practice will be light as it is traditional to perform a lighter practice during a full moon. As I hung this beautiful stained glass window from Bloem, our family store, at The Clutch yesterday, I realized I had repurposed my life❤️🍫💐

After two decades of teaching philosophy at Eastern Washington University and acting as the V.P. of Bloem Flowers, Chocolates, and Paperie, what had become a beautiful hybrid career ended within a year. Yet, I had always felt a deeper purpose brewing as I pursued a deep study of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedanta (non-duality) since the early 2000s. When I first visited Costa Rica in 2021, I experienced a deep feeling of serenity, realizing this beautiful sacred land would further reveal that purpose. I am so honored and blessed to have discovered School Yoga Institute and teachers Mindi and Nadine, my beloved peers, and new lifelong friends around the globe. We are committed to spreading love and transforming yoga spaces into a sacred invitation for all.

Tonight, I invite you to join me on my journey of repurposing—letting go of what is no longer needed and transforming it into something new and beautiful. I deeply believe that this is a profound way to express love to others and help heal our world. OM.
