Hey yall, I just want to do a P.S.A real quick. As much as I hated to do this, I had to turn down an event due to short notice. I require a 7 day notice prior to your event so I can make sure that I am able to accommodate my guests. I appreciate your understanding and your support.

Good Wednesday Morning Family! I noticed that on yesterday's post I didn't include descriptions or prices, my apologies for that.

Chocolate Caramel Apples, Delicious Tart&Sweet and Granny Smith Apples. They are dipped in Caramel, then dipped in your choice of Milk Chocolate or White Chocolate, then dusted with sugar and decorated with candies or various nuts. The apples come in two sizes; Lunchbox Size and Regular Size. (6) Lunchbox Sized Apples are 50.00. (2) Regular Sized Apples are 20.00 (3) Regular Sized Apples are 30.00. We also have Strawberry Crumble Apples which is a deliciously tart Granny Smith Apple dipped in White Chocolate, rolled in a sweet mix of Vanilla and Strawberry Cookie Crunch. (6) Lunchbox Sized is 60.00 and (3) Regular Sized is 50.00. It's 12 days until "Sweetie Pie" day, so inbox to get your orders in!!

I would like to introduce to yall, this wonderful human being. My Great-Grandmother Mazie. She is the reason that Onyx Catering Company was born. She taught me everything that I know and love about food and people. I grew up in the "kitchen of hard knocks", and she is the driving force behind it. I wish that she was still here to see what I have accomplished in the last 11 almost 12 years that Onyx Catering Company has been around. I know that she is looking down from her Heavenly Throne, and whispering in my ear that she is proud of me. I love you dearly, and I miss you terribly "Old Big Mama". I promise to keep cooking and making people happy just like you did so many years ago!!

Hey yall, it's been a lil minute since I've talked to yall, but...I had to take a mental health break, to be honest. But, I'm back, and focused. I have an idea that I want to bring to yall, just to get some input. What do yall think about charcuterie boards? I can customize them to your exact preferences, and especially being the fact that it looks like we are going to be spending lots of time with family due to the recent events, not to turn this political or anything, but it's the truth.
