This is absolutely our least favorite thing to do, but we've got to cancel the upcoming race due to such low temperatures in our forecast. With possible lows of -8° and possible highs of less than 12°, we simply won't be able to provide a safe or fun track for our competitors. The ground will be too hard, we won't be able to get water into it, and the fairgrounds won't be able to tear it up and prepare it for their other events if we did run, and then we wouldn't be allowed back.
Hang in there folks, stay warm, keep working on your equipment, and we'll see y'all February 3rd and 4th!

Next race weekend is only two weeks away!
We have three big announcements for the next race.
1) Santa Claus will be handing out trophies and will be available for kids of all ages to take photos with, as long as he's not busy giving out trophies.
2) Bret Holmes will have a display set up selling these fantastic propane heaters, and there is a raffle to win one of the heaters! Numbers will be drawn when we reach a certain number of raffle tickets sold, or the end of the indoor season
3) in addition to all of our normal oval kart and bike classes, we will have a TT course set up for these classes; open kids (50-85) TT, pit bike TT, open AM TT, open PRO TT

Super excited to see everyone in just two weeks!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to make a clarifying post about the upcoming secrets of speed school during our triple header (Sept 14-16), as we've all been getting calls about it!

First, yes the class is totally free! We just need you to pay the gate fee for each person so we can pay the park their fees. If you come for the class and stay for the races, it's the same gate fee for the whole day. You won't need to pay it twice.
Second, there is not a limit of students! Joe has invited and confirmed other seasoned instructors with some major talent to assist with the class, and make sure that anyone and everyone who wants to take the class can. These guest instructors include: Kody Kopp, Jaden Kennedy, Dan Stanley, and Steve Liberty.
Third, Joe recommends bringing your regular race bike, and maybe a smaller pit bike to practice drills on, if you have one available.
Fourth, anyone is welcome to come watch, the only stipulation is, no parental guidance once the student is in the instructors' hands!
