PAYMENT - Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery to confirm and reserve your yard card. We accept major credit cards through PayPal or we also accept Venmo.
CANCELLATION - In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/TERRAIN - We will not be able to deliver your yard card greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down (this includes wind gusts and Cardy My Party’s discretion). In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the yard card a refund will be honored. Most of the area we service is in the hill country, so please keep in mind what condition your yard is in when making a reservation. Most of the time we can make it work but in the case of very rocky terrain that we cannot install completely, we will offer a 50% refund.
REFUNDS - Payment will NOT be refunded if homeowner requests greeting to be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. Placement of enhancers are at our discretion unless confirmed at booking.
DELIVERY - Yard Card will be delivered on the eve or morning of your event date unless other arrangements have been made with Cardy My Party. All greetings are typically delivered and set up after 7 pm or between 6:30-10:30am and removed after 7 pm or 7am the following day. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of yard card.
HOMEOWNER - All Cardy My Party yard cards are meant to be pleasant surprises. If you are ordering for someone else, please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting so that they can make arrangements if need be. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting. All pets need to be behind a fence or in house. No refunds will be issued if installation is not possible due to no access to gated community, pet/animal conflict, yard is not safely accessible.
DAMAGE - Any damage, destruction or tampering with a Cardy My Party yard card is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from Cardy My Party. If you do not like your yard card do not remove, give us a call and we will remove as promptly as possible. If any damage or loss occurs you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter, and/or stake at full replacement value ($20+ per item). Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced. If a yard card is set up and weather changes and may cause damage we appreciate the homeowners discretion to report it to Cardy My Party (210-480-7636) and allow early pick up to avoid any damage to our signs.
RUSH ORDERS - Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:
Based on available inventory (including rental time)
Rush fee may apply
Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed
Order will be refunded if Cardy My Party is unable to complete order
Cardy My Party reserves the right to politely and respectfully decline orders that are political, controversial, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a small child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them.
Cardy My Party and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
