“Wow, how do I possibly capture how special Darby is in a review? I’ve written her thank you texts, emails, reviews in bridal Facebook, but nothing really captures the gratitude we have. Darby came highly recommended by our venue, and it took one consult to see why. Darby is truly in this industry for the right reasons - she loves her couples and goes to bat for them. We hired her as our coordinator about two years in advance. She recommended so many amazing vendors to us, reviewed contracts when I asked, sent over helpful tips, and then, her services really kicked in the month before the wedding. There was so much I didn’t have to do leading up to the wedding because Darby took over so many of the logistics for me. She kept me organized, which was a huge feat. Planning our wedding weekend was so stressful, but I truly had no worries about our wedding day because we had Darby. She texted all of our vendors to make sure our timeline would run smoothly. She kept us all on schedule, put together amazing team of coordinators to support us, and cheered me on the whole day. My husband told me she was the best hire of our day, because she allowed us to be completely present. On top of it, she and her team delivered all of our belongings to our room. When we got back, everything was perfectly organized and a couple of flowers were left on our pillows. From start to finish, the Seeds of Celebration team never let me worry even once that I wouldn’t be taken care of. If you have the budget for a coordinator, open it up for Darby. She is the absolute best.”
