Hello friends and neighbors!
I am writing this note with some sadness as we have some bittersweet news to share with you all. As the popularity of Dragonfly Catering has increased in the last 4 years (thanks to you all!) so has our workload in regards to event catering. We have also seen some decline in the demand for a weekly meal delivered. For these reasons we have come to the difficult decision to focus solely on ๐event catering, ๐จโ๐ณprivate chef experiences, and ๐พmobile bartending events. This decision does not come easily, especially when we look back at all the meals we have had the pleasure of creating for all of you. Starting a catering company in the middle of the pandemic was not easy, but it was clients such as yourselves that not only made it worth it, but allowed us to thrive and grow into what we are today, so from our family to yours, THANK YOU.

Next Week's Main Course Options Will Include;
๐ฒ๐ฝ-Mexican Stuffed Peppers
Bell peppers filled with short grain rice, black beans, roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, and a choice of Mexican Chorizo or Barbacoa Chicken. Topped with cheddar jack cheese and roasted, served with fresh lime and scallions
๐ฅญ-Mango BBQ Chicken Thighs
Chicken thighs dry rubbed with toasted spices, roasted, then glazed with our homemade BBQ sauce. Served over sauteed spinach and caramelized onions
๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ซ-Vegetarian Mexican Stuffed Peppers
Bell peppers filled with short grain rice, black beans, caramelized onions, roasted tomatoes, and tofu chorizo. Topped with cheddar jack cheese and roasted, served with fresh lime and scallions. Vegan version will exclude the cheese
๐ฅญ๐-Mango BBQ Portobello Mushrooms
Portobello mushrooms marinated then roasted and glazed with our homemade BBQ sauce. Served over sauteed spinach and caramelized onions

Fresh grilled corn off the cob topped with cilantro, queso fresco, garlic, lime and chopped chilies, and mexican crema
๐ฅFreshly Fried Corn Chips, Roasted Salsa and Guac (Vegan)
๐Watermelon Salad (Vegetarian)
Watermelon, cucumbers, bell peppers, heirloom cherry tomatoes, tossed in a honey lime mint vinaigrette, served with feta cheese on the side
๐ซRoasted Vegetable Medley; (Vegan)
Bell peppers, red onions, zucchini, and yellow squash tossed with roasted garlic and fresh thyme then roasted.
