Huda, born in Iraq, spent much of her time learning from her mother and grandmother how to cook authentic local cuisine. Her grandmother’s kitchen or Bebe’s Kitchen (Bebe is Arabic for grandma) is where great memories were made. Now all the way across the world, in Spring Hill; she wishes to keep those memories alive and share the Iraqi Cuisine with her community.
