Fam, Amanda’s Kitchen would like to thank you all for the support that we have received thus far. At this time, we are in transition and finding ways to better serve our community. That being said, unfortunately, we will be placing the kitchen on hold until further notice. However, we plan to be back better than before.

Hi AK Fam, due to grocery shortages, limits, and the possibility of power outages, the decision has been made to keep the kitchen closed until Hurricane Nicholas passes. Houston is already beginning to feel the affects of this storm, so PLEASE Fam, Y’all STAY SAFE!!

So tonight I had a very regular customer reach out cause they forgot to thaw out their protein for dinner. Usually I have just enough extra for a last minute request but not tonight. So here’s the menu and a meal on the fly!! Thank you, All for keeping me busy! It gives me such purpose❣️

Remember how I said on the Sunday menu post that all meals are subject to change? Well, here’s why. I post, my customers order. Since I know what my repeat customers like, I’ll inbox them and ask if they’d like to substitute this for that. Tonight, that is the case. Rather than chopped beef, we rolled with chicken BBQ instead. All menus are subject to change based on my valued customers. Period! The End! It’s a late post but it’s in the books. Thank you, All!! Hi AK Fam! For those of you new to the kitchen, this is how it works: Sunday evenings I post the menu for the week which, for me is Mon-Thurs. I am working toward Saturday posts to help save your Sunday shopping—but for now, it’s Sunday’s. You inbox the kitchen your menu request(s) up to 10PM the night before the menu. Most people order as soon as the post becomes available to secure their spot. In order for me to feed one, others will have to have ordered that night’s menu and pick is required. It’s FIRST COME FIRST SERVED so placing your order in advance is ideal. Also, many customers are now picking up to get their meal earlier; however, the 77386 still gets FREE delivery but pick up is now being strongly encouraged as the school year has begun and the kitchen is getting very busy. If you have further questions, please feel free to inbox your questions or comment on this post so others can see as well. Thank you all for your amazing support. Amanda’s Kitchen is Sealed w/ Baby Girl’s Approval

With the permission of her parent’s, this little lady right here that we’ll call Baby Girl, deserves her own post. Baby Girl is very mighty on her thrown aka high chair 😂 eating her BBQ Chicken Slider and her own piece of sausage from Amanda’s Kitchen. Baby Girl not only gives her “Yum Yum” approval but always greets me with the warmest smile when I arrive with her dinner. She often blows little goodbye kisses on her tiny hands as I’m off to my next delivery. For being as tiny as she is, Baby Girl captivates a large part of my heart when I see her—cause I know she’s genuinely excited about seeing what’s in the bag that I deliver each time I see her. Mom and Dad, thank you for being amazing customers—and more importantly, trusting Amanda’s Kitchen to feed Baby Girl’s sweet little appetite.
