Very busy weekend! Had the pleasure of catering a beautiful wedding in Plantersville Venue 311 on Sunday! We did it all! From 3 charcuterie appetizers to multiple desserts, cake and a 2 pasta dinner complete with veggies, salad and garlic bread!
I had it planned as best I could but even though things didnt go as smooth as I had wanted, (details later) the wedding turned out amazing!
I didnt get a chance to take a single picture of my own but I hope to borrow a few from the family as they are posted!

Burning myself out before the holidays even start! But the client loved it and I can guarantee this is going to taste AMAZING! FRESH Raspberries inside and out. This is a 4 layer vanilla cake with 2 layers having raspberry filling and the very middle a thick layer of Bavarian cream. It is completely coated in fresh whipped cream and raspberries. And of course I took a picture of the worst side lol
