Vegetarian meal tonight 🍽
🥦First, I sauteed broccolini, zucchini n sweet potatoes.
🥕Second, I made a red curry with shallots, garlic, bell peppers n carrots.
🥑Lastly, I topped it all with avocado seasoned with flaky smoked Himalayan sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper n parsley flakes.
This entire meal was dee-lish! Every bite was loaded with flavor 😋😋😋
