Three cheers for Welcome Parties! 🥰🥂🍾🎊

Also called a rehearsal dinner, these events serve a couple of purposes and we're always happy to help you plan these along with hotel room blocks, welcome bags, guest transportation and more.

Here's why these wedding weekend events are so important:

💖 Welcomes your guests and lets them know that this will be a weekend to remember. If you have a lot of out of town guests, this is a way to show your appreciation for their travel efforts.

💖 It gives you more quality one-on-one time with your very closest of guests. Trust us, the wedding day is often super busy trying to make 200 people feel acknowledged so spending some extra time with your besties is something you'll be glad you did!

Pretty pops of color! 🩷💜🩷

The summer entertaining months are here and that gives us the perfect excuse to embrace color. These pretty shades of pink and lavender subtly added color.

If you're color shy, we can work with you to add just the right touches without overwhelming you, but still creating a memorable look!

PS. This couple loves art and holding the wedding in a museum was a great opportunity to use some of their favorite paintings as table numbers! 😍

🌤💐🎪 It's officially summer tent season for weddings!

If you can't decide between a tented reception or a venue, consider the following because it is a major decision!

◻️Tents look beautiful, but they can often cost much more than a venue. By the time you rent the tent, factor in power (often with generators), restroom trailers, another smaller tent for catering, etc. it can add up really quickly!

◻️ Remember that your venue includes tables, chairs, and some sort of dance floor area. With a tent you have to bring in EVERYTHING adding more expense. Not to mention the added labor of setting it all up.

◻️ Tents are NOT waterproof! They block some of the weather, but ultimately they are not 100% waterproof. They have little leaks and are subject to wind and water soaked ground.

◻️ It's also a lot more laborious to your family if you're hosting at your home. It often adds to your parents 'To do' list of home fix it projects, landscaping, etc.

So not to scare you away from a tented wedding because we do love them, but it is worth hiring a planner FROM DAY ONE when it comes to a tented wedding so we can help you navigate all the extra work that comes with them.
