If you ordered a brownie off a menu and they served you this, what would your reaction be? I ate it, it was moist the icing was thin, which I like. It was pleasantly bland in a way that keeps you coming back for more; insidious like the iced circus animal crackers. Is it brown because it has cocoa powder in it? Yes. Does it taste remotely like chocolate? Absolutely not. To me this is obviously a Texas Sheet Cake, not a great one, but one that compels you to eat it regardless. So if you ordered a brownie and was served Texas Sheet Cake how would that make you feel? ?
