You will work alongside a team that empowers among all the prettiest things! It’s NOT an easy position but rewarding at the end of the day! Attention to detail is a must and all policies, operations & guidelines will be followed

⭐️𝙎𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝘿𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨: To include but not be limited to the following. As a stylist, you will have multiple duties in the store that exceed only working with customers

𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:- Ability to work individually in all appointment types creating an amazing experience for our customers. - Ability to apply your training to ensure the best customer experience. - Ability to succeed with your monthly goals. -Knowledge of all inventory in the store. Including developing an understanding of current styles, trends, designers, & alterations. - Taking accurate measurements of customers & sizing accordingly. - Ability to confidently run our POS system processing accurate sales which includes all customer files, documentation, & info. - Keeping up-to-date and accurate information on all customer interactions. - Following up with each customer after purchase and following through with excellent communication throughout the entire process. - Ability to answer the phone. -Post non stop creative content to all socials.-Help find more efficient ways of running the business.-Book appointments & answer all customer questions. - Working behind the scenes in our stock room: Receiving new items into our POS system. Getting items out of the box, quality check, steaming, tagging, pickup slips, etc. Keeping invoices & receiving vouchers organized.

Store hours of operation: Tues -Friday 11am-6pm
Sat: 11am-5pm
MUST HAVE SATURDAY AVAILABILITY TO BE CONSIDERED.
