Entry forms for reserved spots in the 2025 tournament are due January 15th, 2025. A few things to keep in mind....

🎳 If for some reason you are not able to meet the deadline above, please reach out to us to discuss further options.

🎳 If you know you're not able to fill all your spots, need to switch weekends, etc. please let us know. We have several bowlers on our waitlists for popular squad times and weekends that we'd like to accomodate if we're able to.

🎳 Entry forms for the 2025 tournament are available NOW! Visit https://greaterozarksbowling.com/Register-Now to grab one!

🎳 Entry forms have already been mailed to team captains who already have reservations.

🎳 If you have not yet reserved for 2025 you can still do so. Money & entry forms are not due until mid January. We highly recommend making a reservation before sending in entries as we have several squad times already full.

A few things.....

🎳 If you have a question regarding the final standings or cash list the best way to reach us is [email protected]

🎳We are working on printing checks and are on track to put them in the mail by August 6th. Checks will be mailed directly to team captains, unless you made over $600.

🎳 If you have made $600 or more in the tournament we need a completed W9 form turned in. You can send the form however you feel most secure. E-mail ([email protected]), phone call or text (417-833-2054), via the mail (PO BOX 10886 Springfield, MO 65808) . Once we receive your completed form we will mail your check directly to you.

🎳 2025 reservations are open! Reach out ASAP to get the date and time you want. We already have several full squads and a couple full weekends.

🎳 Huge thank you to all of the tournament & bowling center staff who helped again to make the 66th year of the Greater Ozarks a success.

Bowlers,

Although we are still working with the USBC through the disqualification appeals process, we have updated the unofficial final results to include the payout as it currently stands.

Right now, the goal is to begin printing and mailing checks at the beginning of August. At that time we hope to have received confirmation from the USBC to go ahead and begin that process. Once we know more, we'll keep everyone updated.
Just a reminder if you think you’ll make more than $600 in the tournament we’ll need a completed W9 turned in before we can mail your check. Having this information before we mail out checks will allow you to receive your check faster. You can give us the information whichever way you prefer (call, text, email, or mail). The 2024 Final Standings and Prize Fund will be delayed at the advisement of the USBC Rules Department as we work through a Disqualification appeal. We will keep you updated as to when we are given the green light to finish up payout.
