These guys have put their talents together again for this week's salad - mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, grilled corn, gorgonzola, a fresh gremolata and balsamic vinaigrette with the option to add marinated grilled hanger steak from Honey Creek Beef. Salmon cakes next week! Get that order in before they sell out. Also, we're excited to create a tasty lamb pasta dish using local lamb from Bank Barn Meats sautéed with some of the best olive oil we have ever tasted, onions, garlic, plum tomatoes and olives. Tossing with linguini for a tasty treat! It's a variation of a popular pasta dish from the Seasons Bistro days.

We're featuring two of our favorite local vendors next week. Davidson Family Growers has the best, fresh lettuce you could ask for and their bibb style leaves are the perfect base for our chicken lettuce wraps. This time, we'll season the chicken breast with some five spice, then thinly slice and serve with sticky rice, Asian style slaw and a side of spicy peanut sauce. Also this week, we're using top quality, locally raised ground beef from Honey Creek Beef! Order your chili or beef bolognese now for Wednesday pick up!

Tiger pie – chunks of beef, onion, celery and a rich gravy in a traditional pie crust, topped with mashed potatoes and mushy peas. Served with a side of gravy. This dish does require some baking on a basic baking sheet.
