Ha, checking on our Farm 2 Counter building and look at the “No Plant Garden” go!!!!!! We haven’t taken care of the garden in 2 years and look at it go!!!! Mother Nature sure is amazing 🤩

We have our commercial property for lease on the Northside of Springfield for $1750 per month starting in November. (The old Farm 2 Counter Building)

The space would be a perfect Convenience Store for that is what is was for over 40 years. It has a huge walk in cooler and amazing prep space in the back.

We have our so much love, time and money into this building to truly make it eco friendly and as state of the art as possible. We put in a new HVAC a couple years ago, a brand new Split Unit for the front, new mechanics to the walk-in cooler, new thick insulation, new walls, redid the floor, Amazon Alexa Lights, Sound System and security system. I believe we spent a little over $150,000.00 when we redid the space 3 years ago.

Bonus it also comes with a fully irrigated raised bed garden in the back to grow your own produce.

Would also make a cool space for your business needs. Would consider many different businesses coming in.

We will not allow a restaurant to be in this space, so if you want to put in a restaurant please don’t reach out.

The pictures are from when we had a convenience store called Farm 2 Counter in the space before. (Currently there is a Soulfood restaurant in the space now)
