We are so blown away by how many of you have been reaching out to us!!

We have had a booked catering schedule for the last 5 weeks so it has not allowed us time to do a random pop ups! We have done 4 weddings, multiple private events and a birthday!!

WE WILL POST ANY POP UP LOCATIONS HERE ON OUR PAGE!!

With that said the food trailer season is winding down so we will also have more catering opening as fall sets in!! Get on our schedule!

BROOKFIELD FRESH MARKET opening summer of 2024!
(will be located here at farm)

We have been working endlessly for months back and for with the state and county to finally be able to bring the community a country general store with local Freezer Beef,Produce,Dairy, Fresh baked goods and along with Taste Of Texas BBQ & Catering will have full menu available for lunch and dinner options!!!

We will be announcing more about grand opening soon! Stay Tuned!

We are so excited for the local community to bring something fresh and new to your tables!!

Our good friend Marty had a horrible fire in his food truck today..... Main thing is Marty was not injured in this event!! But his food truck is a complete loss 🥺

When we purchased our briskets we are paying for the weight per pound of the entire brisket. We then take the brisket out of the package and trim it sometimes removing more than 2lbs! So that means before we even cook it we have already taken off 2 lb of what we had purchased then as the brisket smokes we lose about another 40% of the weight during the smoking process! We do this to give our customers the most premium brisket around!

*There are no shortcuts to REAL BBQ!!*
