We’re back! Just in time for Christmas, we will be making deliveries Christmas Eve! We will have our full menu for delivery around 3pm Christmas Eve, so get it for dinner, or lunch/dinner the next day! Hey everyone! Sorry we haven’t posted in awhile, but I’ve been dealing with some health issues. With that being said, unfortunately we won’t be cooking for the foreseeable future while we work on our health! We appreciate everyone’s support and hopefully one day will be back cooking!

Hey everyone! Long time no talk. Been hectic! Here is an example of one reason bbq is so expensive. This was a 13lb prime packer brisket, after trim it’s down to 10lbs. Then after cook I’m guess it will be around 6-7 lbs of yeildable meat. Price of the brisket? $79.56. Divide that by (at best) 7lb and that gives you almost $12lb cost. We charge 17-20$ a pound depending on market. So at most that’s an 8$lb. That doesn’t account for the 14-17 hours of smoking time, price of rubs, price of wood, butcher paper, anything. So when it boils down, maybe $2lb profit. Need to sell a lot of meat to make money 😂. With that being said, we will be finally running a pop up sale in the next two weeks! Entire menu available including the new smash hit, smoked turkey breast! Be on the look out for menu and dates

Good morning everyone, let me first start off by saying We appreciate the support so much. It’s been a long process and this was supposed to be our welcome back bbq cook weekend but unfortunately we’re going to have to cancel. On Wednesday I had a medical scare and have since been put on some aggressive treatment that won’t allow me to cook and deliver this weekend. I was debating on seeing how I felt tomorrow(Saturday) to see if I could still do it, but if I don’t feel better I’d hate to cancel 24 hours before all your plans! Again I’m so sorry for this and wish it could be different. I hope you all understand and look forward to doing business in the future!

What happens when your client backed out but you had promised 2 friends brisket? You fire up the smoker for a 18 hour brisket cook to fulfill those promises! The cutting boards were drenched by the time we cut these two briskets up!!!

Hey everyone as the weather warms up so do our smokers! We’re starting to fill up in the spring for parties and if you have any upcoming events that need a touch of bbq, you know who to contact! The game is getting close! This will be that last week we are accepting orders( that way we can ensure we can obtain the correct amount of meat). Friday February 4th will be the last day for order placement so if you haven’t gotten your orders in, please do so fast! For those of you that have, we’re excited for you to have our food and watch the game!

Side note: order even if you aren’t watching the game😂. BBQ goes with any tv programming, so order some BBQ and watch SpongeBob for all we care👍
