This dish from this week’s delivery was truly a product of me being starving and mentally putting something together that I was craving at the time. I was like “Ooooh some ranchy chicken sounds good… oh yes some summer sausage with it…. gotta have baby yellow potatoes!! Omg roasted tomatoes and zucchini yumm…. sweet roasted yellow peppers and purple onion sounds divine… but so does roasted broccoli and carrots!” So there you go. Threw it on the menu, threw it all together on a pan, and voila! A summery masterpiece, if I may say so!! 😋😋😋

Shrimp Salad is here for the summer!! This has been a Hale/McLeod/Dean family favorite for probably close to 20 years now! Buy it by the pound or as individual lunch boxes with spring mix and a croissant! Take it home, eat it with crackers, on a bed of greens, in a hollowed out tomato, on sourdough bread, or straight out of the tub with a spoon… You just can’t go wrong!

Every good Italian boy should come programmed with a family “Sauce” recipe! My hubby has been asking me to put his sauce on my menu and see if my clients like it! Well, thankfully I have the power to make those decisions, and this week, 25 clients said “Yes, please!” to our Cheesy Stuffed Shells with “Jonnie’s Sauce” menu offering! ❤️🤌🏼🇮🇹 You guys are in for a treat. He takes this job dang serious! He’s had it cooking on our (home) stove for hours. I wish you could smell the garlic and onions!!

but the healthy items deserve some attention, too! I try to have a little something for everyone in your house… kid/teen friendly meals along with a plethora of items for the moms and dads who may be watching their diet a bit more!

So many of our menu items are Gluten Free! Some people hear “Gluten Free” and think “ick…” They think of weird substitutes for the real deals. But this here is Grilled Flank Steak with Cowboy Butter, roasted New Potatoes, and roasted Asparagus. No “ick” about it!! Pesto roasted Salmon, Lemon-butter Shrimp, Prosciutto and Mozzarella-stuffed Chicken, Taco-stuffed Peppers, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Steak Salads… all of these things are just naturally without Gluten.
