Oak smoked pulled pork , made from scratch creamy mac and cheese, mozzarella, colby jack cheese all wrapped in dough for a delicious bbq calzone. Glazed in our sweet bbq sauce and topped with Parmesan and Italian seasoning shake is a delicious fusion between Mainstreet Italian Bistro and R & R BBQ. Here’s the thing it’s hitting the menu but we are stumped and need a name. Give us your best name for this fusion and receive a free calzone on us. Couldn't tell anyone till after the private party but last night we got to cater food for Steve Saleen for his 75th birthday.
Kinda cool to meet the guy that designed the Ford Mustang Saleen and to meet a lot of great people in that car club. Thank you Terry Wideman and Shandi Renea White for all the support.

First I would like to thank the many people within and outside our community for your continued support. Main Street Italian Bistro would not be thriving without each and every one of you. Today we would like to announce something special. After years of deliberations, we have decided to alter the way we do things here at Main Street Italian Bistro. Starting on March 4th we will suspend all inside FORMAL dining and concentrate on to-go orders/Delivery/and catering (inside dining without waitress still available upon request). We will also change our hours of operation to Monday-Wednesday from 4pm-8:30pm. Our alterations in menu items have not been solidified but the menu will consist of of your most favorite entrees and new items such as Family Meal Deals,Chicken Wings, etc... This is a big and welcomed transition for us and our family. As always we appreciate your continued support and hope to see you soon. NOTE: NO CHANGES WILL TAKE PLACE UNTIL MARCH 4, 2024. Monday Jan 8th is the National Championship game. We know Alabama isn’t in it but the good thing is you can still enjoy delicious wings and grumble about what happened. Up for enjoyment will be around 800ish wings and 8 whole butts with sauce. The wings are $1.25 each plus tax and ordered in 20 or more. Can do flavors in counts of 10. Flavors available are Nashville hot, garlic parm, sticky sweet, kickin bourbon, sweet red chili, Buffalo, dry rub and jamican jerk. We also have 8 butts available and range around 5ish pounds after cook and are $45. If you’d like to place an order send a message on Facebook or call or message 205-482-4251 or 205-773-9022. Pickup will be at Mainstreet Italian on Monday around 4:00pm.
