A new aptly named “Bees Choice” Dahlia. Isn’t she just adorable?!!
Sunrises and sunsets are special to our family! Someone up there was saying good morning! We hope everyone has a great “short” week!!
This weekend’s wedding!! I worked very closely with the family for this wedding. The mom had an unfortunate experience with her own wedding flowers and didn’t want the same thing for her daughter. I was nervous before I dropped them off, anticipating she wouldn’t like them…. But she loved them!!
Whenever we go on vacation we generally try to find a farmers market, flower farm or botanical garden. While in NC visiting our family we always visit the amazing Duke Gardens. I had a few folks ask for photos so I’ll go ahead and share a few here.
We have a great selection of pastels and brights for you today at Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows. Due to the rain we do not have art available though.
Found a darling little friend while harvesting for the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows this morning. He will NOT be making an appearance there but isn’t he absolutely ADORABLE?!!!
Staying in town for the long weekend?! Come see us tomorrow Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows! 8 am to Noon!
Are you aware that a significant percentage of flowers sold in the U.S., up to 80%, are imported, whereas local flower farms are flourishing with fresh, vibrant blooms grown with dedication in your local community? By selecting local flowers, you not only get a beautiful bouquet but also support passionate flower farmers, reduce your carbon footprint, and help preserve agricultural heritage. Let's make a conscious effort to support local flower farming, promote eco-friendly practices, and appreciate the beauty in our backyard. Your support is invaluable to us and essential for our farms' success.

Wedding from this weekend at The Aquila Barn! Beautiful venue!! Lauren was the best bride to work with! She pretty much gave me free range! Loved the mixing of different textures and colors to go with her terracotta and rose gold color palette!
We accept custom orders and arrangements, and would be delighted to create a bespoke piece for your special occasion, be it a celebration, expression of gratitude, or gesture of condolence.
Edit* great news! Lily is home and doing well! She’s not 100% yet of course but she’s on the mend! Mary was in NC with her eldest daughter, who has a 22month old and is due with her second baby in 6 weeks (Miranda’s husband was out of town so she was unable to return home) what a pickle that put us in!!! It all turned out though and things will be back to normal soon.
I was going to say “please join me in wishing Brianna a Happy Birthday” today but sadly- not too happy of a day. If you’ll recall our sweet Lily was born 2 months prematurely last year. She’s now back in the picu with a wicked respiratory virus. We will be back to normal in a couple of days but for now all production, preservation and correspondences are at a halt.
Upcoming brides, fear not- we still have a full team and would never fail you! If you have an emergency text Mary @ 314 941-0027. Prayers and healing thoughts are always welcome!!
Something for everyone today at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows

Huge thank you to our family and friends for all of the help this weekend. It’s more work than you can imagine- now to dry more flowers to replace all the art that y’all cleaned us out of!!! 🩷🩷🩷

Love can truly stand the test of time, and Melanie's husband proved it by reaching out to me to create a special piece using the dried flowers from their wedding, carefully saved for 10 years. In our surprise meeting, we pored over the details, and I was struck by their love for each other. I added some color and texture with hang-dried white roses and Melanie's charms, making the piece truly one-of-a-kind. It was a privilege to be part of this project, and I hope the finished piece will be a reminder of their enduring love.
Kylie requested monobotanical bouquets for her bridemaids…. I loved how it turned out!!!!
Feeling Peachy??
Available TODAY at Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows. 8- noon. Down from Chicos and straight across from Pistols n V***n.
I’ll have all new botanical window art at Festival of the Little Hills. This beauty, my absolute FAVORITE, is damaged. The glass cracked when we put the back on. As I prepared to take it apart to get new glass Shea made me an offer (and since she helps on the farm a lot) I couldn’t refuse… actually I’m just thrilled that I’ll get to see it in her home for years to come.
PS: I’ll finish the paint job and clean up later today.
This week we booked 2 more 2024 weddings and are now 25% booked for 2025!! Reach out today if you are looking for a wedding florist!

Do you see yourself?!!! Thank you for the support, always!! Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows!
One of our twins is under the weather so she came home for a lottle tlc. Hoping to reunite her with her mama and sister tomorrow.🩷
As a creative/artist person I can visual exactly what I want a project to look like. I don’t think most folks can do that. I often hear “ I can’t visualize that but I trust you”. So when I was talking to my woodworker about designing with these old windows and adding some architectural flare… I never imagined it would actually happen but boy did he ever DELIVER! They’re absolutely gorgeous!!
A look back at last week!! Heading into another busy week!! Can’t wait show y’all what we are up too!!!
Shout out to Tim Westhoff for creating these 12x24 frames for us. I may offer some of these open faced without the glass too. They are just beautiful!
