Meet July's Employee of the Month - 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙡! 👏

Employees of the month are employees that show initiative, and Courtney has done just that! With the help of a few other people, Courtney found and set up an online scheduling system for our staff. This project was outside of her department and normal job duties, and she didn't hesitate to step up and help!

Linda has been with the St. Charles Convention Center for quite some time, and has a deep respect for the building, it’s equipment, and the people and clients she works with. She’s incredibly helpful in supporting the operations department along with the rest of the building staff, always answering radio calls on the first call, working through staffing challenges and lack of resources and support in the odd work hours. Linda is an asset to our staff, and we’re so glad to have her on our team!

Brayden is a newer addition to our team, and has brought a lot of knowledge and experience to our Media Services department. He jumped in and hit the ground running and has been a big contributor in helping the sales team get new marketing material and videos. In fact, he’s working on his FAA license to fly the drone!
