Welcome to Encore Catering & Banquet Center!
We offer the finest in foods and services to meet and exceed your culinary and event desires. We work one-on-one with everyone to fit their wants and budget. We do so with a level of friendliness that will impress your guests, warm your hearts, and please your senses.
You’ll personally work with our Chef and Owner, Robert Nahra, aka Chef Bobby, to create your unique event menu. Chef Bobby has successfully created many unique mouthwatering recipes and dishes that have skyrocketed his culinary career over the years, combining simple, local, and fresh ingredients that are tied to his roots of Middle Eastern and Italian cuisine. Chef Bobby learned his way around the kitchen from his mother, Sandra, who owned and operated her own catering business. His mother taught him how to cook with love and passion. She lovingly encouraged and inspired him to pursue his career in the culinary arts.
We are an ideal venue for all events including wedding receptions, galas, fundraisers, holiday parties, company events, corporate parties, bridal showers, baby showers, and birthdays. Our specialty is menu customization. We offer several suggested menus including: sandwiches, BBQ, fine dining, Mexican, Italian, and home-style “comfort ” food. We also offer a variety of hors d’oeuvre and dessert menus. We frequently offer and suggest new menu ideas to provide trendy and unique events for our clients. Our catering division has many products and services with menu prices ranging from $8.95 - $35.00+ per person. We can create specific packages, targeting specific clients. Specific package examples include tailgate menus, holiday menus, baby shower menus, and board meeting menus. Our catering services include full staffing of the event, if needed. Our staff provides delivery, set-up, clean-up, bussing, food replenishment, bartenders, etc. For smaller events and clients that request delivery service only, staffing may not be required. We also offer “Parties To Go” for clients who need us to do the cooking but not need any of the other catering service offerings.
