Lesson Pony appreciation!
Fine Print, aka "Lily" has been a staple in our program for many years.
100's of aspiring equestrians have found joy and challenges over these steady hooves.
To know Lily as a coach is to love her. She babysits the very very small/beginner riders with such a nurturing disposition, but loves to test her rider's aids and willingness to TRY harder for what they want to accomplish. The confident riders remember their foundations and excel. The frustrated riders get lost in the "Why won't she just do....?!"
We honestly adore Lily for who she is and what she expects from her students.
Cheers to the pony that has made the program what it is today ❤️

Lesson horse appreciation ❤️
MarkoftheMaker "Mark" was acquired a year ago as a 5 year old who was just hanging out in a field for over a year. He had a few post track rides fresh off a 10 start career and unintentionally became a pet.
Mark was more handsome in person than we could have imagined. After some work with Ms. Carissa, Mark was deemed lesson horse material.
He has become a very important part of the program, and we just adore him.
He is quiet and slow but can peek and shy (teachable moments). He likes to be lazy, but if he feels you asking, he'll shift into the next gear.
We would love to see Mark in a partial lease for a deserving rider to shine in the hunter and eq ring. He will hold his own in the hacks in top company, AND his form over fences reminds you why Thoroughbreds set the standard for conformation hunters.
Happy anniversary Marky Mark. We adore you for who you are and the valuable lessons you teach.
