Meet Brianna, our Human Resources Assistant. Brianna was born in Sedalia, MO but grew up in Eureka, MO. She was homeschooled until she dual enrolled her last two years of high school at STLCC so she could graduate high school with her Associate's degree. From there, she attended UMSL and earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has been a part of the BP team for less than a year (although her last name suggests otherwise).

Brianna is behind the scenes helping our team grow, as she is the driving force behind our hiring process. She is always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team and is dedicated to finding the best and brightest. From recruiting to onboarding, Brianna has got it covered!

Meet the Team Tuesday!

Meet Taylor, one of our Service Captains. Taylor is from Jefferson County where she attended Windsor High School. From there, she went to cosmetology school—fun fact: she still does wedding hair and makeup from time to time.

Taylor joined the BP team three years ago and quickly rose to the position of Service Captain. She’s always going the extra mile to ensure our events run smoothly, providing exceptional support to our service team whenever needed.

We also just learned that Taylor, along with several other team members, will be recognized as a 2024 Hospitality Hero at the upcoming Explore St. Louis Meeting & Awards program in September. As if we needed more reasons to celebrate her — congratulations, Taylor! Stay tuned for more highlights of our amazing team!

Meet Emily, one of our Senior Event Managers. Emily was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but grew up in Rolla, Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri and moved to St. Louis after graduating, where she has been a part of the BP team for almost three years.

Emily started with the BP team as an event manager, quickly showcasing her exceptional organizational skills and creative flair. Her dedication and eye for detail led to her promotion to Senior Event Manager, where she now plans the logistical aspects of large events like the Saint Louis Art Fair, the recent Stanley Cup celebration for Matthew Tkachuk, and at well-known locations like MICDS and The Gateway Arch.

Meet Maggie, our CEO! Maggie was born and raised in St. Louis, graduated from Ursuline Academy and graduated from Truman State University. She has been a part of the BP family for 15 years and has done a little bit of everything—she started in our sales department, then led our marketing and development, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and then last November, she was promoted to be our Chief Executive Officer.

Over the years, Maggie has brought a consistent blend of poise, passion and entrepreneurial spirit to our team. She is a natural leader, a dedicated mentor, and a constant source of encouragement, leaving a lasting impact on our entire team.

Maggie says her favorite thing about working with Butler's Pantry, "aside from the amazing bunch of humans I have the privilege of working with every day, is the opportunity and space for creativity—across departments, for every event."

Meet the Team Tuesday!

Meet our Jordan, our Chief Financial Officer (or as he says, "Head Nerd")! Jordan is from a small town in mid-Missouri about half an hour from Columbia. He moved to St. Louis after he graduated from the University of Missouri and joined the BP team almost ten years ago. He grew up in a family of seven (three older brothers and a younger sister) and now has a family of seven himself (three daughters and two sons).

As CFO, Jordan is at the head of our financial strategy, steering Butler's Pantry towards sustainable growth and success. He has a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, and he is always looking for innovative ways to improve our financial health. As part of the leadership team, he works to set and achieve long-term goals, making sure we stay ahead in the industry, and can continue to serve our clients and support our team seamlessly.

Meet the Team Tuesday!

Meet one of our Senior Operations Coordinator for our Warehouse, Brett! Brett is a fellow St. Louis native that graduated from Parkway South High School and joined the BP team two years ago.

He works tirelessly alongside his crew, guiding the operations team to ensure each event has everything they need from rentals, to food, equipment and everything in between. He has recently begun leading training sessions where he teaches our newly hired service team members how to drive our vehicles and operate our event equipment. He truly has a wealth of knowledge on all things BP operations!

Whenever you see Brett on-site, you can expect the most positive, polite and upbeat attitude. Brett's team members look to him for advice and guidance due to his knowledge about Butler's Pantry's Operation. He is the epitome of team player and never fails to lend a helping hand if someone is struggling or needs a little assistance.

Meet the Team Tuesday!

Meet Nicholas, our Beverage Manager. Nicholas's unique background and education led him to join the BP team less than a year ago, where he has thrived in our beverage department.

Nicholas was born in St. Louis but spent most of his life in California. He attended many different schools including the University of Paris, Sorbonne. In addition, he became certified as a Master Gardener from the University of California Riverside Agricultural and Natural Resources. He has a BA in Public Relations and MA in Depth Psychology and Creativity from Pacifica Graduate Institute, Santa Barbara. Soon, he will have certifications at various levels of WSET (Wine and Spirits Education Trust) and will be enrolled in the MA in Wine and Beverage Management program at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America).

Nicholas's creativity shines through his work, especially when creating unique signature cocktails for events. With a refined palate and passion for crafting the perfect drink pairings, he ensures that our beverage selections/bar shines just as bright as our food.

Meet one of our talented chefs, Paul! A proud St. Louis native, Paul graduated from Lindbergh High School and completed further education at local fine art schools.

Since joining the BP team in 2006, Paul has thrived in our kitchens, leveraging his artistic training to creatively execute culinary presentations. Recently promoted to Lead Event Chef Trainer, Paul's journey at BP has been defined by his ability to merge artistic creativity with a passion for organizational design, significantly enhancing on-site operations.
