Marissa and Daniel’s wedding day was woven with meaningful touches such as handwritten letters, tributes to loved ones, and signature pet-themed drinks. Dreamy film and Polaroid photos captured everything from the champagne pop to their vintage cake. A beautifully intentional celebration, full of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments 💌🐾🎞️

Allison and Kyle’s wedding day was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and pure joy. They exchanged vows surrounded by loved ones in a ceremony filled with heartfelt details–Allison in a sleek gown with a bow-backed train, and Kyle wearing custom cufflinks inscribed with their wedding date.
The celebration continued at The Franklin of Soulard, where everyone danced the night away, creating cherished memories to last a lifetime! 🥂💍🎀

🤍 MEET MADELEINE 🤍

reintroducing myself to my fb friends! 🎉 I’m the Owner + Lead Planner of . I’m also the customer service, website designer, social media manager, accountant, and everything in between.

A little bit about me: I am a 2023 Bride, St. Louis native, and a dog-mom to a fluffy mini-goldendoodle named Honey. Some of my favorite things include Diet Pepsi, Chick-Fil-A, window seats on airplanes, Christmas, candlelight, shades of blue, and the moment is when a groom sees his bride walking down the aisle. 🥹
•
I have been in the hospitality and events industry since my early 20s. I graduated from with my B.S. in Human Environmental Sciences, Hospitality Management and I’ve had roles in event planning and operations, venue management, restaurants, and catering.
•
Most recently, I became a corporate meeting and event manager for a St. Louis-based company, planning large events for an incredible client and working alongside some amazing colleagues. I’ve planned and operated events around the world (yes, the world!) and I am truly in love with this career.
•
For the past decade, I’ve been a planner and day-of coordinator for friends an family. Jump to December 2022, I became engaged and planned by own wedding in about 2 weeks. (Yes, I’m 100% serious. 😂) I realized how much I missed planning and coordinating weddings. With some encouragement from my now-husband, was officially born. 🤍

As we approach our “official” 1-year anniversary, I can’t wait to see how continues to grow! I am so proud of this company and sincerely love each and every one of our couples with my whole heart. Thank you for trusting and investing in me and my small business!

Events by Madeleine will be your bestie on your wedding day. We will show up for you and your fiancé, we will have your back all day, and you will know that no matter what, you can trust us to make your wedding day exactly what you imagined. (By the end of the wedding night, your parents may or may not inherit a new family member or two. 😉) We pride ourselves on being great partners to your vendors and work seamlessly with them, because at the end of the day - we’re here to celebrate YOU.

We will always have an extra pair of scissors on us, extra boutonnière pins, lighters for candles in three different pockets, extra batteries, or a pack of Kleenex to dry mom’s tear as she watches her little girl become a bride. 🥹🤍

So… What do we REALLY do?! We offer:

✨ day-of coordination - your point of contact and your vendors’ point of contact throughout the day and prior to the event

✨ set-up, tear-down, and everything in between, including the placement of heirloom photos, guest books, signage, and more!

✨ digital planning resources - think itinerary logistics, decor and floral inventory, processional orders, vendor organization, budget management, etc.

✨ one-on-one consultations - are you stuck on something and need another opinion? need a second look at vendor contracts or advice on how to estimate a budget?

Celebrating with Townsend and Katie was the greatest joy. From the morning to the end of the night, they were giggling, smiling, and so fun to be around. One of my favorite moments from their day was Katie’s first look with her brother so I had to add it to this highlight!
