o u r h o u r s a r e c h a n g i n g

It has been a phenomenal wedding season, filled to the brim with intimate celebrations for our amazing couples. I am so grateful for each couple that my team was able to serve this year. Some may not know this, but I am quite a busy bee. Alongside running this company, I also:

- homeschool my children
- run their homeschool group
- study cybersecurity at maryville
- perform freelance tech and writing services
- am a present and active mother, wife, and friend

Given my workload, I've learned a thing or two this year about time management. For coordinators, keeping our workload within dedicated business hours is a challenge. This off-season, I am determined to adhere to it for the betterment of my family and the growth of my company. Effective immediately, our hours will be as follows:

- standard business hours 10 am - 2 pm
- additional consulting hours 4 pm - 6 pm

Clients and vendors can still expect:

- brief text or call responses within 1-2 hours
- email responses within 1 business day
- 24-hour communication lines the week of a wedding

The goal is to enter the new year with a sustainable work/life balance so that I can focus on training and growing my team, reinvesting in our company, and creating an even more seamless experience for our 2025 couples. So, what's really changing right now?

- when I work in client portals
- when I schedule consultations
- when I do venue walkthroughs
- when I send and respond to emails

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Kaufmann💍 We had the pleasure of coordinating and officiating for Haley & Andrew's big day. I love this excerpt from their wedding script that so perfectly defines the duality of this couple. Alone, they are some of the most amazing people that I have had the pleasure of getting to know, but together, they thrive in the arms of the other. “Mr. Rodgers once said that when we love a person, we accept him or her exactly as is: the lovely with the unlovely, the strong along with the fearful, the true mixed in with the facade. And of course, the only way we can do this is by accepting ourselves that way... It’s what’s inside us that matters most. You can only really love someone else when you really love yourself... As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has or ever will have.
