My name is Katie Mulchek and I graduated in 2005 from Missouri State University with a degree in Event Planning. In 2006, I started helping friends with their weddings and found a true passion for it. Along with this company, I am a coordinator at Concordia Lutheran Church where I coordinate the rehearsal and ceremony for the couples getting married there. At the end of the 2015 wedding season we will have coordinated over 125 weddings! I really enjoy getting to know each couple on a personal level and working with their needs. I think it is important to individualize my services to each bride and groom. Our packages are designed to fit your budget and your plans. I would love to help you make your wedding a day to remember!

When the heat turned up, so did the love and celebration! This June, we had the privilege of coordinating a truly magical wedding in the Solarium at The Ritz. Surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking florals in soft pink hues, the space felt like an enchanted garden.

Though the temperatures soared, the energy never wavered. Guests embraced the summer heat, dancing the night away to live music by The Mighty Pines that had everyone on their feet.

Every wedding has its unique surprises, and this one was no exception! From a transportation issue bringing the groom late for the ceremony to a cake falling in transit, the day kept me on my toes. But in the end everything came together beautifully. Watching the Jon & Gabby dance the night away on a packed dance floor and ending the night with STL City fireworks (more of a funny story than an impressiive firesworks display). These moments are why I love what I do! It was truly a perfect day in the end 💜

Sometimes, the most beautiful days come after a little rain. Gabriel and Jen’s wedding was a testament to love, patience, and perfect timing. After a day of rain and uncertainty, the skies cleared just in time for their outdoor ceremony, transforming their special day into a breathtaking celebration.

By evening, the clouds gave way to a stunning sunset, painting the sky with hues as vibrant as their love story. It was a party for the ages, filled with laughter, joy, and memories to last a lifetime. Congratulations, Gabriel and Jen!
