Our first signature house cocktail : The Wild Carrot. We wanted something that represented our space : interesting and unique but accessible. Something everyone can enjoy, made from ingredients you dont see every day. This beautiful sipper is made from Zubrowka (a polish bison grass vodka), Becherovka (a czech spiced liqueur), carrot juice, lemon juice, and sugar in the raw.

ECLECTIC. I’ve always loved this word and thought from the onset that it described our space but kept thinking it’s not elevated enough or descriptive enough or might push some away. We just got through the weirdest and hardest year alongside all of STL and the world and as I sit here in the space on a Sunday reflecting back on our events, couples, vendors and team, I find myself googling the definition of eclectic again.
“Deriving ideas, style or taste from a broad and diverse range of sources” and I said Yes, that is us.
Hope this year has given you a chance to reflect and be proud of what you are. Embrace it during this time-we all deserve it.

We made a plant corner during quarantine so our littles could get some light and then of course made a mini lounge within bc we can’t help ourselves.
Do what makes you happy during this crazy time!
And shop local when you can bc our City has some ✨✨plant resources.

Checking in on all you quarantiners out there! + organized a GoFundMe page for businesses in the Shaw neighborhood that need help during this crazy time! Our bar staff means everything to us and we want to be able to do anything we can to help and support them. It’s bigger than just us though. It’s all of the restaurants, caterers, local shops and businesses that keep community in our neighborhoods that need your help too! Any little amount will help work towards our goal of getting through this and coming out stronger than ever! Thank you everyone who has already given so much to the small businesses in STL-our city can get through this and so much of that is because of you!
