Greetings everyone! We are no longer having our weekly Saturday garage sales at Koken, so there's no sale this Saturday.
We will be having "One Big Final Sale", but that date has not been determined yet. We'll keep you posted regarding the final sale.

We just wanted to thank everyone who braved the heat today and stopped by our indoor garage sale. We enjoy seeing familiar faces come back each week to check out what's new. We add new items every Saturday and we're going to ramp that up and even expand a bit. We hope to see you at one of our August Saturday sales.

Evening everybody!

Saying goodbye is never easy.

As we prepare to pass on the 2500 Ohio Avenue building stop by and say hi AND shop our Garage Sale TOMORROW and most SATURDAYS till October. Help us downsize
and find unique and unusual treasures that would love to go home with you!

Items each week will change as new things are prepped for sale. Starting next week some items can also be found on marketplace and an event page will also be created advertising for ongoing sale. We will share this information!

If anyone has interest in picture items from this post, please come tomorrow and let’s chat! Multiple rooms of items, and not even a portion of all the items are pictured. Accepting cash, debit, and credit. If paid for in advance,items can be picked up at a later arranged date, time agreed-upon.

Art tenant Dallas Moses will also have a very nice variety of vintage items for sale.

Dear Friends of the Koken Art Factory! We want everyone to know that we have sold the property that is the Koken Art Factory. It is bittersweet in so many ways. We are still entertaining the idea of staging events at a different location and you all will be the first to know if that comes to pass. Until then, we have a big project ahead of us and that is cleaning out the historic Koken warehouse. EVERYTHING must go. Beginning this Saturday, and most Saturdays to follow this summer, we will be having a "Garage Sale" at Koken. Please visit our website for details (kokenartfactory,com). During your visits to Koken, as you wandered around the building, you may have spotted a few things that have interested you and wondered if it was for sale. Well, just so you know ... everything is for sale! If there is anything you are interested in, please let us know and we can negotiate. You name it and we'll put a price on it! We hope to see you some Saturday this summer! We will be posting a weekly reminder (midweek) to let you know the hours and we hope to also post pics of some of the sale items. The inventory will change weekly as items are sold and other items are brought to the floor. We do hope you'll stop by, take a look around, and just say hello!
