This anniversary couldn’t go by without acknowledging our now retired OG Kerri. Here from the beginning my right hand girl is the best. If you were lucky enough to be one of her clients you know she would do anything to give you exactly what you wanted no matter what 😂 Even if it meant taking a lot of heat from the chefs. People told me I was crazy to open a catering business. I was told all the stats on how many business fail especially how difficult the food industry is. But not my girl Kerri. We spent countless hours cold calling, SO MANY HOURS! She did this out of love and belief in me it definitely wasn’t for the money we weren’t making any. Kerri I love you and thank you for believing in me even when I doubted myself!

Since joining the Lets Do Lunch team in 2011 Chef Nathan has rose through the ranks to become our executive chef. He runs the kitchen with compassion and humor. I’ve heard several of the employees say he’s the best boss they’ve worked under. Anyone who’s worked in food service knows it can be a high stress environment but we are blessed to have Nate who is willing to jump in anywhere from dishes to desserts. When Nate isn’t at Lets Do Lunch he’s a dad of 4 and husband to the love of his life Sarah. As many of you know he has 2 boys serving our country in the Army and Navy far from home and 2 teen girls. I know I keep saying we could not do it without the Lets Do Lunch team but I mean it from the bottom of my heart. We are the best we’ve ever been because of our employees. We’ve all grown so much together and I’m proud to say we are at the top of our game.

You’ve seen her delivering your lunches since 2010 but did you know Stef also makes your salads? Everyday she makes sure the lettuce and other ingredients are up to standard and she has high standards just ask our produce guy. I know some of you may miss placing your orders with her but rest assured she’s still very much involved. She’s a busy lady as a mom to Kai and keeping Adam under control 😉😂 Just another reason Lets Do Lunch has been in business 20 years. We truly wouldn’t be where we are without the amazing people at Lets Do Lunch.

Did you know Lets Do Lunch has been open 20 years? This anniversary almost went unnoticed until I was talking to one of our longtime customers Danielle (she’s the best). Where does the time go? It seems like yesterday Kerri and I were busting our butts trying to get business. Running a small business is tough and this guy is just one of many that makes you forget just how hard it can be. Adam started at Lets Do Lunch in 2006 and has been integral part of the team from the beginning. He knows the ins and outs of delivery locations like no one else. Sometimes better than the people who work there 😂. When he’s not at Lets Do Lunch he’s playing super dad to his son Kai. Coming soon his better half 😉 if you know you know.
