To all of the Gateway Dancesport Championships 2025 tribe…
Dancers… You have bewitched us all. You stepped up, with passion and skill, and left your very souls upon the floor. The sheer heart—it was nothing short of mesmerizing. You did not merely compete; you created a grand festival of movement and magic.
To the esteemed judges, officials, and devoted staff of this gathering—you were the steadfast keepers of fairness, the silent sentinels ensuring that every dancer felt seen. Your endurance did not go unnoticed, and I offer my thanks for the unwavering spirit you brought with you.
And then, there is Arun Garg— working tirelessly behind the curtain, dashing from dais to ballroom to office and back, helping to ensure that every cog in this event turned. He endured my phone calls and texts, entertained my wild schemes, and emerged unscathed—a feat worthy of knighthood, or at the very least, a trophy of his own.
I thank each and every one of you for weaving your magic into the tapestry of Gateway Dancesport 2025. Until the next gathering, keep dancing, keep dreaming, and may your steps always be guided by the stars.
