Introducing BEAUCHAMP (bo-sham), Lady B’s - Lady Beauchamp’s - successor. Losing Lady B was really tough. I knew though that someday I was going to get another Golden Retriever and I also knew that I was going to rescue NOT purchase. After the holidays I told myself. Feeling extra low the third Sunday after I had lost Lady B, I decided to take a drive to Dirk’s Fund in Pacific, MO where I had gotten Lady B from in 2017. Unfortunately , there were no Goldens available BUT there was one coming that afternoon they said. Would I care to come back and meet him they asked? For certain I replied! That afternoon I met a handsome 88.5 pound 3 year old good boy who is now getting used to the sights and sounds of city life. He loves watching other dogs on TV and literally drags me chasing after squirrels and rabbits. He has also learned to comfortably sleep on a king size bed using me as his own personal pillow. His start date at BUDS was last Monday and he is getting used to “working” at BUDS as our official greeter. Please come by and meet Beauchamp. He would love to meet you! IN MEMORY OF LADY B.

When I first started in the floral business one of my immediate and encouraging supporters was my friend, Alice Handelman. Goodbye and good night my sweet Lady B. I love you so much and I know you loved me too from the moment we met. I was so fortunate to have you for the amount of time we were given and I shall miss you forever. You were the sweetest and loving dog and you brought love and joy to so many. My heart aches as I miss your loving presence and your reassuring constant love. You will always be in my heart. Lia and Coy will take care of you until I see you again. By now you would have met your brothers Beauchamp and David. Run around the rainbow bridge with them. I love you. ❤️
