Seventy years of marriage...70 YEARS!!! That is more than a lifetime for so many! What an amazing, amazing accomplishment. Marriage certainly has its challenges but to persevere through seventy years is a true testament of love, loyalty, and commitment. I am proud to say that these lovely people are my mother-in-law and father-in-law. It was an honor to host this beautiful celebration of love. May God continue to bless them with many more years together! Congratulations Eleanor and Granville!

A double barrel cake! Tall tiers ca be nerve wracking to transport…any one else agree? Hand painted florals and rice paper sails. The hand painting was a little out of my comfort zone, but it arrived in one piece and the client loved it and that’s all that matters!

A twirling Barbie cake! Barbie sat on a spinning base which gave a really cool effect…looked as if all her ruffles were blowing in the wind. Unfortunately, I took a video on a phone that died so the video is gone forever :(.

A big bird in the sky! One of my favorite cakes to date…a gravity defying replica of an American Airlines airplane. This was challenging for sure, but loved the end result.
