I am a chef by trade and have worked hard to make the creme de la creme of candy apples and other amazingly delicious and beautiful works of edible art.

I am so excited to share with the public what my family has made a tradition for years. I wasnt able to go to the carnivals alot when I was younger and I cherished the times we would get to go and always made sure to save enough money to get a candy apple. They just bring out the child in me although now I cut them instead of getting my face all sticky and red (but hey, to each their own, It is al

ot more fun eating them on the stick!). After learning the perfect recipe to make them hard yet not teeth breaking and the caramel just right with the chewy factor just perfect so it doesn;t pull out those teeth. After perfecting the recipe I found ways to add a little glamour and flare to the apples. They can weigh over 3 lbs sometimes depending on the toppings so the sky is the limit when ordering. There are countless colors and flavors to choose from, perfect for any occasion or wedding event. There are themes such as Monsters Inc., Spiderman, Elmo, and many others. There are also dipped brownie bars, pretzel rods coated with chocolate and dipped in either sprinkles or candy bar pieces that make quite a beautiful addition to any event or desert table.

I regret to inform you all that currently I've been undergoing recovery from hand surgery and in January I'll have the right hand done. I regret to inform everyone that all orders are going to be placed on hold and calls will be made to reschedule or I can refer you to somebody now if you need it for the parties and holidays. Time to get some apples for the candy apple order. Yaay, red delicious, granny Smith, anything but my favorite eating apple Macintosh because they don't do good as candy apples. The color bleeds through to the apple and makes it ugly n smoochy. That's why you only get top notch apples at Kristan's Kandy Confections
