A girl that loves people, loves cooking, loves decorating, loves hospitality, loves parties, that was inspired to become a wedding planner. She had a huge dream of turning her passion into a business. I prayed, prayed hard and asked the Lord if it is thy will let it be, that I would work hard. On this day 7 years ago Back Porch Club House Venue opened! I worked hard, at first it was humble beginnings. Then one day it started to take off. Then Covid hit! The Lord said give to others during this time so I started cooking for elderly people that couldn't get out, people donated food and money to help in my effort. I took orders thru FB and people would order food and pick up orders behind the building, at times being lined up.The Lord provided for me and my family. He presented us with a job once a week to keep our business going. He provided for us. Once things opened back up we haven't slowed down. I am blessed to get to do what I do for a living. I am thankful for all the friendships I have made along the way. I just want to say thank you to all that have believed in me and supported me. I love my community! Let's start this 7 year! 🥂

When a wedding client sends you a hand written thank you! 😍 This my friends is worth more than money. I made chicken and dumplings and cobbler for 170 people that day. Many of their friends were from New York and had never heard of Chicken and dumplings. She chose this meal because it is Noah's favorite and her Mammaw would make them for the family. Sadly her Mammaw has passed on but Haley could feel a little piece of her there that day with those chicken and dumplings. They say, there is always great comfort in good food! Thanks Haley and Noah much love and happiness for you both!
