Our NINTH Love Your Body Project butted up to Summer Solstice AND full moon so we made it an extra special one. Our first beach adventure. We had WAY too much fun laughing the day away...
Thank you to all the amazing souls that came out, took a step out of their comfort zone and truly embraced a day to just "love your body".

And that's a wrap on our "She's Strong Women's Retreat 2024"(4th year).
We had the best time exploring Olympic National Park.
The itinerary went off without a hitch. Months of planning, researching, processing, and it all was amazing.
We hiked, explored, hit the hot springs, multiple waterfalls, jumped off a bridge, paddle boarding, kayaking, 3:30am wake up for sunrise and a late night for sunset, all the games, home cooked meals, and laughter. We ended the last night with a very moody sky at Hurricane Ridge. It changed every second and we were LIVING for it. The heart is FULL.
I started these retreats as a way for women to feel included, cared about, loved, for them to feel like a part of something, to know that they didn't have to know a single person there but would leave with a dozen new life friends.
To be inclusive in a world that is often lonely is one of the best feelings in the world.
Be unapologetic and humble.

Now.... we plan for next year! Where to next?

In the short 48 hours I was home this week I got to squeeze (and snuggle) this sweet girl into my schedule. So glad we could make this happen. She is the most precious little thing! And big brother is pretty darn sweet too.

Q: Where can we take photos?
A: I have a studio but also SO many favorite outdoor locations. I'll start by asking you what you visualize the setting of your photos to be. Do you picture your family on a beach? In a forrest? An open field? Flowers? etc. Once you give me your thoughts, I share with you my FAVORITE locations to match your vision.

Q: Can I pick the location?
A: Yes! Absolutely. I am always open to hearing ideas you have. We will talk about it and decide if it's going to meet your needs based on my past experiences in the location, or if you need to send photos of a private location as well.

Q: What time is best for photos?
A: Golden hour baby! I love that lighting right before the sun goes down. Depending on the location and how much time we may spend walking, we typically start about 2 hours before the sun goes down. This is so important to think about before deciding a month because there are times throughout the summer that we will not start earlier than 7:30pm. If you have little ones or an early bedtime yourself, plan for further away from Summer Solstice (June 20th).

The perfect PNW "I do" in the Cascades.
When the rain comes out, so do all the glorious colors the northwest provides us. Greens and blues for days. It was the perfect vibe and touch to this sweet couples special intimate day.

When my neighbor called me on March 8th... I knew we shouldn't wait to get these done. We made it happen the next day. We laughed and had the best time enjoying eachother.
My neighbors sweet mother Jean was one of my children's BIGGEST fans and I am so honored to have had that small piece of her. She would constantly check in with me, ask me to send her videos of the kids dancing, check in when there was any crazy weather or power outages, all from across the country.
Even though I was NOT prepared to be in a photo, I am so glad she asked for one with me. Forever cherished 💕
Rest in all the Peace there could possibly be, sweet sweet angel.

Hi my beautiful friends,
