Trailer service will be open Friday-Sunday.

Our hours for the next couple weeks. Next weekend we will be open all three days in Stanwood. Pre-orders for Christmas Eve pickup close this Wednesday. If you are in need of a larger order for the weekend, please email us at [email protected] or swing by the trailer today before 3pm to get your order in!

We are open all weekend in Stanwood along with our Smokehouse store!

Smokehouse store will be open Thursday-Saturday 11-6. All items are chilled or frozen and ready to grab and go.

This week in the smokehouse we have:
Chopped brisket, smoked brisket burgers, pulled pork, chili, mac, tallow, sauce and more. Pop by and check it out!

We will have the new Smokehouse store open tomorrow from 11-2!
Located in the front room of our commercial kitchen in Stanwood, we have packaged meats, sides, sauces, smoked tallow and dessert along with Pure Smoke gear and gift cards!

A new addition is the half pork butts. These are great for making into tacos, breakfast burritos and sandwiches for the week.

Smokers are stocked and we are excited to see everyone for their turkey preorders today!

For those that didn’t preorder and need an extra side or want leftovers, our refrigerator case is stocked and ready to go.

Only three packages of our sweet and Smokey bars left! We will be open 11:30-1:30!

Open today from 3-6, grab extras for the weekend or if you need a little bbq flavor for Thanksgiving dinner.

We will be closed this Fri-Sun to give our crew some time with family and will be open for regular service next Friday, Dec 6th.
