We had the absolute pleasure to serve the employees of Angel of the Winds Casino Resort yesterday for New Year’s Eve. Over 600 people came through to have lunch and dessert!

To give our staff an extra day to recuperate, we will have the trailer and Smokehouse store only open Saturday and Sunday this week.

Our Smokehouse store will be open tomorrow and Saturday for cold items in our cooler case.

The trailer will be closed all weekend and will reopen Jan 3rd.

The Smokehouse is located at our commercial kitchen in Stanwood where the trailer is parked. Come in the front door and check out the cooler that is restocked weekly.
We will be adding freezer family meals and tv dinners after the 1st of the year!

Choice of brisket, pulled pork or pork belly with scrambled egg, potato, cheese, onion, cilantro and salsa verde.

Tallow is stocked in our Smokehouse store for grab and go.

If you’ve never used tallow, it’s great for cooking as an oil substitute and can handle high heat. Also used for candles, soap, skincare and even seasoning cast iron.

A well rounded product, we have it available in 16oz containers and can do larger quantities as requested.
