Our ol smoker, “BIG TOM” has been bumping along for nearly 11 hours and holding a steady temperature of 225. Two more hours and it’ll be done deal for today.

This week is booked up. Orders for next week are starting to pile up so if y’all want anything let me know pretty soon.

I’m happy to say that the World Championship Steak Cookoff will be happening again this year. It was canceled last year due to COVID.

Last night a small town put on a BIG show! The city of Fordyce came together to promote the downtown area. Live music, food, games, and one of the best fireworks show I’ve seen in a long time. Thanks to everybody that stood in line in the heat to get our Steak on a stick! I hate that we sold out when the line was still long.
We’re looking forward to coming back again next month and doing it again.

Just a reminder. We will be in Fordyce tomorrow from 6 pm until 9 pm in the beautiful old downtown area.
Y’all come do some shopping and see what all this town has to offer!

After taking some time off, I’m getting ready to get busy cooking!
In a couple more weeks, I plan on cooking in Star City, Rison and Pine Bluff area. I’ll be set up on Friday and possibly a few Saturdays. I’ll let y’all know when and where when the details get worked out.

Tomorrow we will try out the new cook trailer!!! It's not finished yet but getting close. The sink and dry box will be on soon. Pork butts on the smoker early in the morning. Going to be a good day.
