Here is what you will get!

We start the night off with hors d'oeuvres of:
Caprese Skewers - Fresh grape tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil drizzled with a balsamic glaze.

Smoked Cream Cheese & Crackers

Moink Balls - Meatballs wrapped in bacon seasoned and smoked then dipped in a sweet bbq sauce.

Then for the Main Course we have

Lasagna
Chicken Alfredo Linguini
Cesar Salad
Garlic Rolls

Last we serve up your choice of a dessert
Tiramisu - A classic Italian dessert consisting of sweet coffee flavors and creamy texture.
Eclair Cake - This is a light creamy textured dessert with layers of graham crackers and topped with a light chocolate icing.

Don't want to cook a turkey for Thanksgiving? Let me!

I brine my turkeys in a homemade brine that has flavor notes of sage, apple, garlic, onion and hints of citrus. I then spatchcock the bird (remove backbone and lay flat) to get more even cooking and smoke with pecan wood.

As for the ham, I make my own pineapple maple glaze that has those seasonal flavors you know and love and pour it over the double smoked ham.
