Brenda and Duke will lead a discussion on the health benefits of the Mediterranean Diet. Brenda will demonstrate making ricotta, flatbreads, and hummus. Everyone then gets into the act making pasta and a vegetable olive oil sauce. Finally…..tutti mangiano!! Geared for adults, but ages 12 and up are welcome. Nov 3rd, 1-3 pm.
