THIS CAKE!!!!

Everyone who works with me knows I very seldom eat at our Receptions and that cutting “the cake” is my favorite part of the night! But, still save my slice for once I’m home and settled from the excitement of the day…

EXCEPT when one of my favorite cousins makes something so beautiful and equally delicious! Not even I can turn her Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing down… (we won’t say anything more about me having two slices this night).
